Le Ciel Hair Salon is a combination of modern and traditional men‘s hair salon and barber shop for men and women located right in the heart of downtown Portland(SW). At Le Ciel, we offer haircuts, hair treatment, hot towel shaves with straight razor, beard trim and waxing, make-up along with several other specialties.  If you need something specific, please inquire, our only goal is to accommodate our customers.

Master Barber and Makeup Artist, Sep Rad

        I have been doing hair and makeup since 2000. While obtaining an Associate Degree in cosmetology and leading-up to my 20 years of experience, I have lived and worked internationally at various Barber Shops and Beauty Salons in Turkey and the UK. Once you have a seat in my chair, it’s all about you. 

When I am not at work I enjoy cooking, adventure, working out and playing with my dog. I enjoy dressing and fashion as well.
